Corpus Christi Songwriters (CCSW) – an extension of Corpus Christi PATCH ,  a 501(c)3 non-profit – is dedicated to providing resources, education and a spring-board for local songwriters in the Corpus Christi area.

With YOUR support, CCSW can continue to support our local songwriters and performers, and invest in the future of our Corpus Christi music scene.

Be it $25, $50, $100 or $1,000 – every dollar counts in keeping our association functioning for our community. The money raised herein will go toward:

Development – allow us to develop new CCSW events for the Coastal Bend including:
Songwriters’ Workshops – allow us to bring in new regional and national faces in the world of songwriting, to be a part of the movement, and to teach the art and craft of songwriting to a new generation.
Songwriters’ Retreats – allow us to put on one fantastic retreat at the beginning of each summer, sending songwriters on a weekend to do what they do best – write and develop songs.
Conference and Music Awards – allow us to bring in national names and acts in the world of songwriting to showcase the art and business behind it, bringing the spotlight to the Coastal Bend in a way it has never been before, and to put on an annual Music Awards Show, nominating and awarding local and regional acts for their contributions in the world of music.

Education – allow us to develop new music educational platforms for all-ages, and after-school programs for the youth.
The Ritz Theatre – allow us to raise a portion of our proceeds for the revitalization of one of the most historic theaters in Texas – right here in Corpus Christi – The Ritz Theatre.
Merch – partnering with local Corpus Christi graphic designers, we will develop and have on hand several merch items (such as t-shirts, stickers, koozies, CDs from several Corpus Christi acts, etc.) available for purchase at each and every CCSW sanctioned show .
Misc. – allow us to maintain our website (s), programs and platforms via the CCSW association, and to give items to help keep our songwriters going in the community (guitar strings, batteries, cables) and the unexpected (tires, damages, etc.).
